Be Heard
Your fears, anxieties, and overwhelm will continue to work against you until they are heard, examined, and understood in a compassionate, shame-free environment. These emotions don’t just happen to you. You unconsciously choose them. So I’ll teach you to intentionally choose emotions that drive the the actions you want.
Be Friendly
First you have to learn to be kind to yourself. People will naturally be attracted to the most confident and joyful version of you. Then we learn to be friendly to others:

Lindsay Cooper
As a Master Certified Life Coach, I help people understand how their brains are wired, how it’s current wiring is affecting their lives, and how they can create new neural pathways, so their brains will respond the way they want them to. This makes personal development ten times easier, because they don’t have to fight against a self-sabotaging brain.
