Seriously, though, I promise that you will get incredible value out of this mini-session, and if 30 minutes is all the help you need, then I will be so thrilled to have helped you!
If we feel that there is more work to do, and we’re a good fit, I’ll tell you how you can get more help from me.
I promise not to be pushy or icky.  That’s just not me.

Am I going to have to put pants on?

Nope!  We’ll meet in a zoom call or phone call.  You stay comfy.

You’re not a psychologist!  Are you even allowed to do this?! 

You’re right.  I am a master certified life coach, not a psychologist.  If you have, or need, a mental health diagnosis, I will recommend that you see someone who is qualified to help you with that.   A psychologist can help someone get from bad to good.  I can help you get from okay to great.  (If you do have anxiety or depression, etc., my services do not replace psychotherapy, but they may be a helpful addition to your healing journey.)
